Is there a generic find/replace dialog box?

I was wondering if there is a generic find and replace dialog box that I can use in my apps... similar to the open dialog box, or the font dialog toolbox control??

I don't really want to design and build one form scratch.

no I don't think there is, but because it only takes a few lines of code to do it's not really something that needs to be included as a dialog
