MS Chart

IS there a way to control the background color of the MSChart object. It wants to stay transparent for me and takes on the same color as the form.

Hi, I think this will work...
1) right click on the mschart and select 'Properties'
2) select the backdrop tab
3) select the 'Pattern' drop down combo
4) choose any but the top two - you'll soon discover which one you want.
5) once chosen, the color and pattern color combo boxes become enabled - choose whatever you like......
6) click on 'Apply'
7) click on 'OK'
that should do it

I poked around that backdrop tab but didnt hit the right combination for a white opaque chart.
Works perfectly.
