how to use Inet?

Microsoft Internet Transfer Control 5.0 or Inet. Now the Inet control has some properties in the Inet1.Execute command. All I what to do is send and recieve files to and from an FTP server but I can't find the Inet control in the "Microsoft Visual Basic 5.0 Programmer's Guide." is this the book I should have?
