How to scroll a MSFlexGrid manually?

I have a MSFlexGrid and 2 buttons on a form. To scroll the grid, instead of clicking the vertical scrollbar on the MSFlexGrid, I want 2 buttons, buttonUp and buttonDown, to do the control. By clicking buttonUp the grid will scroll up and by clicking buttonDown the grid will scroll down. Is there a way of doing this?

Look in the VB Help for the '.TopRow' property of the FlexGrid - this allows you to scroll it manually.
