I have 2 OS es, now I already delete all the files in drive C, but I dont know why there is still one file call WINDOWS in that drive I could not delete it ? I even couldnot format the drive, what can I do to format my drive now ? How can I delete it ? Nice people, Please help me...
I m really sad and angry, please help me, I m in a hurry, much true true!!! :(

Do you understand the feeling of waiting for no one in sight hmm ? I guess you dont...I hate waiting...:(
formatting a drive removes all contents of the drive, there would not still be any files or folders if you really formatted it.
Pop a DOS boot disk in, when it boots to the command prompt, type:
format c: /q (assuming c is the drive letter you want to format)
this will format the drive to fat32, if you install w2k or xp you can reformat the drive as ntfs or convert it later, either way, everything will be gone.
