Installing Part1 - Startmenu

Hello!

Can somebody explain me, how to make an Sartmenu-Entry for my program with C++?

I have read, I have to place a shortcut in the right folder. But how do I generate a shortcut with C++?

Another problem is:
Does every single Win (95, 98, NT, XP....) in different languages have the same folder to look for?

I know, how to create files, but how do I create folders in C++?

I see that you want to create a setup for your application....

Then use some kind of setup generator....

Then you can edit registry, add shortcuts (whereever you want), and run apps on the installation....

So try a free one like inno setup

If u want to create a installer, then try INSTALLSHIELD for MS VC++.
