Customers balance Age periods report

Hay,
I want make report that give me details of balance periods
like some one his balance 5000 since more than 1 year,
before 5 says he take 1000
so now his balance =6000
but the report give me bakance age periods

Ex.

Account Name !! less 60 Days !! 61 ~180 Days !! 181 ~ Days!!Balance
