How to put an image to a disabled toolbar button?

I created tool bar using the toolbar control and assigned some images to images list.
All OK, but when I make Enabled = false on a button the image disappears.

Home make toolbar with different images for different conditions?
Or how make toolbar show something (black and white image) instead removing it?
