test TAPI 3

Hi everyone.
How can I test an application which based on TAPI 3? I need test a phone call and a phone answer.
Thanks anyway.

I attached a test app I was playing with last year ... I was trying to establish a call and play a wav file ... I haven't had time to play with it since, but it will at least be a starting place for you.
