Fatal error: file_put_contents cannot write in file. in /includes/init.php(292) : eval()'d code on line 91


what does the error means ? Plz explain for troubleshooting or I'll shoot it with my gun!

Looks like an 'angry' bit from the server after incomplete instantiation and file's up-hooking which i think more source code used to init the mess you are writing might bring you back more sound judgments.
