I'm having one of those "works on my machine and no other" problems

Sorry to bother you guys with this nonsense but I put all my code in jar files and they work fine on my machine and don't work on any other. Should I be looking at updating the JVM on the other machine? Should I compile it on the other machine? Any ideas how to fix this? I'm going to include the jar files in a zip file and hopefully it will run on someone elses machine.

Post your code, not your binaries (stuffed with malware and virii).

Usually you get some kind of exception (or clue) that tells you why your application don't work on another machine...?
