Table blow up

Hi Folks,

I'm not sure if this is the right spot, but maybe someone can help me.
In my asp.net project some table heads sometimes blow up (screenshots below) and if I reload the page it looks fine again.
This unlovely behavior only happens rarely and that's why its so nasty to me.

Let me show how it should look first:

TD tag of that cell is this:

..with some hyperlink images in it.


I'm happy about any idea of fixing that kind of problem.
