Back ground color for CToolbar

Hi,

I want to change background color of dynamically created tool bar for my frame view.
Can any one suggest me how can i achive it ?

But all the above articals are describing about toolbar button bitmaps, but i want to change the background skin color of Toolbar.

Any suggestions ....... ?
