I'm wondering if there is any scope

After a recent talk that I attended I became particularly interested in Human Computations. I am from an Electronics background and I have currently taken up Computer Networking as my specialization. I am also interested in Data Mining and Analysis. I was wondering if there is a research area that connects these four fields... Can someone please advice me?

The database as technology connects all those, I am sure there is a lot of research going on, but as it is done mostly by the private and protected organizations you can't know the latest status Or the targeted areas.
