Debugger lost source

Help;
VC++ 5.0, Win95/NT

My debugger has suddenly stop displaying source code. I am now only getting the Kernal unless I am actually steping through the source file. Sometimes. but not always, I am asked to locate DEBUG.c which does not exist on my machine.

What happend? I've not had this problem before.
