Q: Does anyone know how to detect the presence if IE4.,0?

I want to detect whether IE4.0 has been installed on a PC. Does anyone
know how to do it?

Look in the registry for the value of Version in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer. IE 4.0 should be 4.72.3110.0 or similar.
