How to make circular dialog box
Add a CRgn member called m_wndRegion to your dialog class and place
the following lines in the OnInitDialog function. This sample will
cause the dialog to be elliptic but you can create the CRgn object
to any shape you want.

m_wndRegion.CreateEllipticRgn(wndRect.left,wndRect.top,
wndRect.Width(),wndRect.Height());
