MS VS 2008 Pro vs. Standard

My company is looking to purchase VS 2008, and we are trying to decide whether to buy professional or standard. Of course, MS didn't bother to put the differences (other than price) on the website, and talking to product support about it is like talking to a wall.

Can someone break down the differences between the two products so that we don't buy something we don't really need?
