Could you tell me where to find a folder that store them ?

Have a look in the registry under:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\

and check-out the "Common Start Menu" entry.


You might need to find the user-specific location as well.
