CToolBar with VC++5.0 problem

I am having problems with Toolbars in VC++ if I use the LoadBarState and SaveBarState, everything seems ok.

But if the toolbars are not docked I get a failed assertion?

Any ideas?

Just for info, the ID for each control bar was the same. Setting new ID's all worked fine.
