Delphi TPanel and Control, how can I do it with VC 6.0?

Hi,

I have a dialogbased application. On one side I have a listctrl, if the users selects an item the other part of the window should show options (checkboxes/radiobuttons) for the select item.

With Delphi I would create TPanels and set the corresponding panel visible.
But how can I do that with VC 6.0?
Can I use the resource workshop?
