Site managers are all old and have many businesses, it's unbelivable the little drop of the bandwidth sounds like a big highway robbery of hungers.
If he is having trouble registering or logging onto the forum or site, then we need specific details to what he is trying to do and what errors or issues he is seeing.
That is just a goofy comment. Our families have nothing to do with this forum and being that we don't even know who your friend is, why would we have any ill will against him (or anyone else for that matter?). This comment seems very odd and out of place for this type of forum.
Bottom line - if your friend is having trouble with the site, then ask for help and provide details.
