Crystal Report-10, Instance manager- Report Log details

Is it possible to retrive/query the executed reports log other than from Instance manger.
Inside Instance manger we have only the options to filter the report, by the report completion status wise and User wise.
Now the log is available in the report name order.How we can order or sort this report logs even in instance manger itself for some other parameters like time/runtime/user .. ?

Is there any where else these informations are available for reference?

Please help.
