Change Password - Broken?
I can't seem to change my password here. Every time I have to use the forgot password link to gain access. I then immediately try to change my password but it the result is an error which claims I have entered the wrong current password. I've tried several time (in different browsers just in case) and I get this error every time. The temp password works to log in....
Re: Change Password - Broken?
If you are still having trouble, let me know and I'll manually change your current password.

I tried again and still can't change the password. Let me know what you'd like me to do...
Thanks!

I've reset your password and sent a PM with the new one.

Re: Change Password - Broken?
Brad, this sounds like the problem I was having a number of months ago. I believe Joe had to go to the database and remove the salting from my password.
Re: Change Password - Broken?
If my change doesn't work, then I'll have Joe look into that next.
Thanks!
Brad!
Re: Change Password - Broken?
No luck with that link. I can't even authenticate.
Re: Change Password - Broken?
I'll ask Joe to look at your account and see what he can do.
Re: Change Password - Broken?
Remember that passwords are case sensitive. Try all lower case, 1st.
Re: Change Password - Broken?
I am pretty confident that I am typing it correctly. After all, I have to log in to post to the forums.
Re: Change Password - Broken?
Try again now. Our techie made a back-end change to your account.

Re: Change Password - Broken?
Then we now know what the issue was and will be quicker to fix this should it happen again for someone else. Thanks for working with us on this. Sorry it took so long to figure out!
