Remote computer

How can I connect to a remote computer? And do things like start a program (Microsoft Word), shut down (Start up) the computer?

Connecting via Server/Client pair. Server is on the remote machine and accept connections.

You can easily set cmd over the server prg using a shell,
but for starting the server you probably need rpc or dcom.
