Pretty sure it's 1,000
1000 mSec. == 1 Sec.
deci = 0.1
centi = 0.01
mili = 0.001

What is with this metric stuff. Time should be measured in fortnights and distance in furlongs. Velocity,
of course, in furlongs per fortnight.

As i know :
1 milisec = 0.001 sec
but i'm not sure how many milisec in a sec...
may be you can calculate for it...
