Mouse

I am trying to write code to show the hint box by a mouse cursor. If anyone could please tell me how to do so. What I inted to do is have a rectangle with text relative to the mouse cursor, as seen on most applications during OnMouseOver controls. Thanx

It is tooltip control for the most control.
