What keyboard should I get?

I'm in need of a new keyboard with a budget of less than $100. It's for my PC which I do a lot of programming and writing on. Any recommendations?

Dunno, I use this one, and it has served me well.

I use this one, albeit, the older version. I like it.

I use this one and really love it. Except the mouse of that set, I replaced it with this one, it's perfect :)

So you guys are really into the ergonomic keyboards? I've never used anything but the regular keyboards where the keys are all in straight rows..

I have been using ergo keyboards I can't use anything else any more. Plus as a kid I broke a wrist that never healed properly so using traditional keyboards is a serious strain for me.
