Get update from server

Hi,all
I wanna install application on client from server by this way :
server detect witch client need prerequisites for run the application in client and update client from server to update

installed application in client get new files from server without reinstall application from server.

how can do this?

Click-Once Deployment lets you do that, plus more. In fact, any installer will search for whatever you tell it to.

My great prob is app.config .
when run the install in client can't connect to database ,what is the solution?

What is the error?

client can't find database path on server.
how can I do?

How can I do? to solve this prob.

error is : The connection string has not been initialize
