Despoerately need image help

I am working on a small project in which I will have to extract all small blocks of data that resemble a given input (a simple image comparison problem).

Do I need to scan the whole image to and compare bit by bit to get what I would like to have ? Please drop me some hints or explanation for me to move on to the next level, I am really stuck, I have had my head all night around this and couldnt figure out a way to go ? Go where ? I don't want to wait endlessly.

I didn't want my cat dropping fur here and there. Desperately. Unfortunately I could control that only some very particular way I didn't really like, but would have to be used with somehow. I'd clean it up all the time. Or 'd kill the beast I really like. The cat's still alive. :(

I keep in mind fixewd that if I leave for something else without repeating or staying around, I definitely be left alone and forgotten. THIS IS true

This sounds like an image fingerprint or very close to, if I get this correctly. And if I'm right, you're asking for very special things I only heard about. I doubt this has anything to do with Windows and C++, and therefore, with this forum. It's more about algorithms and ideas a very few companies are specializing at. So it's very possible your waiting may be endless, sorry.

I must be happy not be sold instead, I was hoping someone would use my used software I would like to sell for $$$ as a trade :(
