Applying for Microsoft

Hi,
I am a Master Student of IT.I am very curious to know how I can work in Microsoft

• I have one year work experience in .NET technologies
• 2 IEEE Journals
• 15 IEEE accepted conference papers (mostly on datamining,artificial intelligence,voice encryption and compression,web mining,data classifiers,network Anomaly detection,database anomaly detections)
• Master of IT from Australia (final semester)
• Bachelor of of Software Engineering

I wanted to know how to apply for Microsoft..Is there anyone has any experience ?
what they need ? If they need robust work experience or rather they need educational works and publications? :cool:

I have no idea, but I think this is a good place to start ;)
