The only advice I can give you, Abdul, is to start by digging into the support material that comes with the machines. If the machines are produced by a 3rd party and they're designed to be run over USB (or serial) then they should have documentation and possibly a software kit to run the machines. If it's your company producing the machines then I guess you would have to start with the people who designed the machines.
