WinPcap Timestamp
Hi all,
I am currently working on a project which requires system in the loop simulation using opnet.
In this i have a doubt using the WinPcap application which is, when i run the SITL model on OPNET it generates a .pcap file as output. As per what i understood this .pcap file is generated by WinPcap. Now, when i open this .pcap in wireshark, it gives timestamp in the second column. Where does this timestamp come from? is it the system time that WinPcap uses to stamp the packet ??
Please clarify this
Thanks,
Maruthi
