Is Sql2Code.com a good developer tool? Would you use it?
We've pieced together a tool @ sql2code.com that converts sql statements into executable code for which ever programming language the developer is using.
What I am wondering is:
- Is there another tool out there that is similar to this?
- Is this of any value to you as a developer? Would you use it?
- Is membership "sellable"? It's awfully hard nowadays to get a developer to pay for anything.
- Is there any missing functionality that could be useful for inline querying?
There is a plethora of options available and I'm willing to give anyone free membership if they're interested in trying it out. Register @ http://www.sql2code.com/Account/Register.aspx
It is in beta testing and any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds very similar to My generation well actually in my generation you select the SQL table, and it will generate Stored Proc's. Vb, C++, C#, Oracle or PHP business objects, Classes, and Stored proc calls...
It also uses a Scripting code so that you can customise the outputs anyway you need it..
and its 'Open Source' ....

Thanks for the feedback.
I will definitely check into MyGeneration to see what it's about. Sounds like a pretty nifty tool!
