Save separate pay slips

Hi

I have a report to generate pay slips for all the employees of an organization. Now the new requirement is to save the pay slips of individual employees in separate files (say PDF or Excel), so that it could be sent through mail to the corresponding employees. Is there any option through which separate pay slips could be saved? Database : Sql Server 2000 Crystal Reports version 10.
