There are a lot of great characters in South Park, but my favourites are Cartman (evil, but in a loveable way), and Leopold Stotch. Wonder how many knows who that is without Googling it ;)

Also, Bender (again, evil, but in a loveable way), and Zoidberg from Futurama are very funny :)
