Saving Report written in Crystal 2011 so it will run in Crystal 2008

Is there a way to save a newly-written report in SAP Crystal Reports 2011 (version 14.0.0) so that it can be run from / imported into Cystal 2008? I haven't used any fancy functionality beyond the basics that I'm sure are present in Crystal 2008.

Yes, if you are able to save the report as .rpt, you will can import or open the same in CR2008.

Is this report created in CR2011 OR Crystal Reports for BI Enterprise 4.0 ?
