I would like to write a program Chat Room similar to yahoo chat rooms or cheetah chat room :D Nothing quite as big maybe 5 chat rooms with avatar's.

Do you have any knowledge on Windows UI programming? MFC? Sockets?
I have only used code when I constructed a webpage with Front page. But I am eager to learn....
