Invalid procedure call or argument - Generate XML from Excel 2007

Hello,

I have a macro enabled, protected excel worksheet that i downloaded from the government trade website. I am supposed to fill details into the excel sheet. This sheet has a "Generate XML" option. I am supposed to upload only the generated XML sheet.

However, when i click on this button to generate an XML file, it gives me the location to save this file and when i give a file name and click ok, it comes up with the error "Invalid procedure call or argument"
