How can I do to create and publish a new lead generation form for facebook ad java ap

Hi all.

I'm developing a Java Tomcat web application that publish the marketing campaigns in facebook ad. I use facebook-java-ads-sdk library. I made it for all types of campaigns except the LEAD GENERATION. Studying the library, I don't find the class that allow me to create the lead generation contact form starting with the fields of a database table. This class must be connected with the adcreative in order to the publishing the form and the adcreative of the campaign. Is there anyone who has an example in order to make it?
