How to Add Maven path to Eclipse IDE

Hi Everyone,

I need to add Maven path to Mars Eclipse IDE. As there is no internet on the remote Machine on which i am working. So i need to keep maven files at 1 location and then give the path in Eclipse.
Also i need to install Maven Apache Bin.

In IDE in Preferences, I am facing problem in Adding Maven path. how should i do this ?
