GetObject("",Excel.application)

I tried:

myxl=GetObject("",Excel.Application)


Just exactly as in the vb help file, but it doesn't work.

I have a VBA reference in my project.


This statement works OK:

Myxl=GetObjext("path\book.xls")


But it doesn't help if the .xls is already open.
