Desperate ! - MS Gridcontrol oledb 6.0 and MS ADO data control oledb6.0 running on WIn NT and Win

Iam trying to run an application that uses MS Grid control and Ms ADO data control .. The Control works fine on both Win NT and WIN 98 .. But fails on Win 95.. I get error message " Cannot initialize data bindings"

I have tried installed both DCOM95 and MS data access component on the system. But it still fails.. Any suggestions as to where Iam wrong.. or Iam I missing any files.

Desperate !.
