BTW, Assembly Programming is an incredibly wonderful way to start a software career if working on system level interests you, that is. Almost nothing gets lower than Assembly, and as you move on to higher-level languages, you would really know "How Stuff Works" to a level of detail few others would.

That could be true :D , although in my case not in the company since we do not decide who gets in, its the HR and managers job, but to which project they get in , we get to decide those. And most of the time we get guys, especially if the female trainees are annoying :DQuote:
