That's the thing about the states that I hate the most: our view of drinking. I enjoy wine and scotch and beer and it's looked upon as a social/evening thing that should lead to being drunk/buzzed. We as a whole should be more lax in our views... we're not a very relaxed people...

Must comes from special kind of apples and pears. At first it is sweet. The so called sweetmust. Then you must leave it for 2 months or so, so the apple and pear juice brew and becomes sour. Now you have light-must. If you let it be for another month it becomes even more sour. Now you have normal must. As long as you let it stay the more alcohol you get. And if you let it stay for 4 month then you get a so called "Sturm". But it also to sour for me and it has to much alcohol :sick: (about 50% or so).Quote:
