We seem to be three women here.
So you think that maybe some members of the forum are pretending to be women but are men. And what about women pretending to be men?. Couldn't that be also possible?.Quote:

Most people just don't pretend anything, and that makes it kind of impossible to know if they are one or the other.
Mostly we don't really care (except Xeon). For the technical forums it does not change anything. For the non technical forums (expecially here) it can make a difference as women often have a different point of view on things, and it's always good to see things through different points of view. Except for that reason I don't care wheither there are only men or not on this forum. :cool:
It is easier to spot women in French forums as the language shows sometimes a little difference in the spelling wheither the person who writes is a man or a woman. And you rarely make a mistake in this case about who is one or the other. :)
But as this forum is not exactly made to have people go out with other people, it doesn't really change anything.
I'm really glad to read that for the technical forums this question doesn't really matter. And yes, in spanish it would be more noticeable than in english if you're a man or a woman - as long as you're not playing a fiction role.Quote:

There was a band called Inspiral Carpets a few years ago in England, which made one excellent album called Devil Hoping. They had a song called Saturn 5, which I really love, and, the first time I was going to make myself a mail account I decided to choose a variation of this name. So, the result is Saturno7.
And yes, in Spain the female names usually end by A, as my own, which is ANA. But not always, so be aware of not making strange mistakes... sometimes male names also end by A.
