In strict sense you're right. But I'm in a good mood (my birthday is finally over), Iceland can be considered part of EU as far as I'm concerned, Malta too. :) Otherwise the poor guys are stuck all alone on their icy, vulcanic island with nothing else to do than to catch fish.

Maybe we should have instead a category Western Europe instead for all the countries mentioned before and a category for Eastern Europe for Poland, Romania and others.

I did forget the NOT, but I certainly did not forget Singapore. I know Xeon wanders around there somewhere. I expressly didn't mention that. By the way, there are many other countries too, I just named a few. There's also Cambodja and Laos for example.

Is codeGuru very slow since yesterday or is it just me?

I can access other web sites at normal rate, but it gets slower and slower when I am accessing CodeGuru?!?!

Oh and by the way, why is there so many India programmers? I know the population is big, but China population is also big..., maybe there is more people talking english in India than China? huh?

There wasn't that many people this morning, and it is much much slower than it usually is, even at that time. In fact it has been slow all day. :mad:

As for China and India:
China exports manufactured objects, toys, ...
India exports doctors and computer programmer

It seems to be kind of an industry to produce many computer programmer in India, that's why you have a lot of them, and not only in India.

Here in Ireland, when I meet an Indian in another plave than an Indian restaurant, if I ask him if he is doctor, he answers me either "Yes" or "No, I am computer programmer". And I believe it is almost the same in most other countries.

I am sure if you go to a forum about manufactured toys and other objects, you'll find much more Chineses than Indians :p

Thanks for the info Elrond about India and China, but even the toy industry need computer programs... maybe they just buy them from India... :D

It is also why there is a lot of Virus coming from India...

I would really like to see a Toy-forum: www.ToyGuru.com/forum, :D, where people exchange ideas about new toys.... :)

The forum is slow and I've also meet a lot of broken thread and thread with no message (a lot is 2 or 3...), and many many double post, there is indeed a problem...
