Sashimi is usually served with soy sauce and wasabi. ;) I myself would not eat raw fish without those two! And ofcourse, like what you said the fish has to be very very fresh. :)

what can I say...I've to eat various food to get various nutritions...fish can't offer me the same nutritions like penguin does:D...but did you know, killer whale's meat is more tender than penguins meat:D...
