Probably a small village where U was born somewhere in Siberia.
Ops ... U donot know where and what is Siberia?
no no it is not a place where I live and it is far from me but
indeed I can take a ticket for U to visit it. No any mans around 100-200 km, but only U and squirels.
In this case USA is a United Siberian reservAtions.
Nantucket? It is a location on the East Coast of the US. An island off the coast of Massachusetts. More to the point, it is the start of a famous crude (and infantile) poem that would get me banned if I finished it.Quote:

Have you guys ever thought that maybe our endless clatter has degenerated this thread?
I think that it is time to introduce a new punishment on CG: make a resumeé of this thread! :D

I think he means resume = summary. In some European languages that correlation is true. Upon consultation of Merriam-Webster's dictionary, the same is true for American English, although it is rarely used.
LOL:DQuote:

From Dimm:
Yes, sure, Dimm! But I need time and inspiration and ideas to make a poem, and I only make one when the opportunity permits and when the time is right, just like the falling stars across the Western skies. :cool:Quote:
Xeon, good sence of humor.
U never stop to surprize me
May be some day U dedicate a poem to me
Nantucket is the place mentioned in the story of Moby Dick, the monster-size gigantic white whale much bigger than any ship.Quote:

In this story, a crew and a mad captain set sail to destroy this whale. The crew didn't know what was going all and they just follow the captain's orders.(in the past, the captain's legs were destroyed by this whale)
In the final showdown that shattered the Heavens after tons of adventures, they threw at least hundreds of hapoons at the whale and it sank to the bottom of the sea. However, the whale also destroyed the entire crew except the narrator of the story.(the main character) :):)
Another story I love is the "A Conneticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court".
It's really fascinating and one day, I'm gonna order some from Amazon.com. :)
From Gabriel:
What Gabriel means is that this thread, Where are we from?, is jammed and packed full of talents from everyone. In that sense, it's something worthy enough to become a part of everyone's port-folio and we can show this port-folio/resume to our employers if we need to seek a new job in future. :)Quote:
