i'll recommend our government to make walzing mathilda our new anthem! that's a good idea especially because there was a HUGE discussion concerning our anthem shortly. it was a discussion whether to make the anthem more gender-independent. e.g., there's a line in our anthem which says "heimat bist du großer söhne" (= you're homeland to important sons), where they somehow wanted to make it "daughters and sons", which is actually unsingable. :)

concerning the kangaroos: they're of course jumping, but only in zoos. maybe they go walzing at night, but i've never had the chance to watch them doing that. unfortunately.
